About Us

Even though they went to the same high school, they didn’t officially start dating until after college in 2003.  A lot has happened since then. Will and Christine have taken on the adventure of dog ownership, marriage, kids, living in three major cities (Las Vegas, NV, Alexandria, VA and San Diego, CA) through two cross country moves, with a final stop in their hometown of Reno, Nevada and much more.

Christine and Will hold Masters degrees. Will in Public Administration and Christine in Education. Further, Christine finished a graduate certificate in Education Administration beyond her post-graduate degree. Will and Christine have three children, Ainsleigh (pronounced “Ains-lee”), Nolan, and Delaney who are the light of their lives and two fun-loving beagles, Toby and Tess.

Christine runs a business/hobby on the side called Hullabaloo Stories. Hullabaloo Stories was born out of a love for reading and education. With Hullabaloo Stories, Christine set out to help shape early learning devlopment and literacy at the youngest age. Children, young and old, will enjoy our hand-picked selection of fantastic children’s books and educational tools that promote a love of learning. We hope the site helps to teach children to learn to read, spell and use their imagination.

Further, in mid-2012, Will and Christine developed a website called, Windy Pinwheel. Windy Pinwheel was created by Will, Christine and a friend of the family who has a family of her own. Together, as we love to spend time with our children having fun and enjoy discovering new things, we thought we would write about it and focus it on things to do with kids in the Northern Nevada and the Sierras region. The website features reviews of kid and family-friendly activities as well as experiences we have with our kids that we want to share with others who may be new to the area or just looking for something new to do with their kids. We hope it is just the resource that they are looking for to try something new and have an awesome adventure in the area.

Will’s interests lie in website development. He has a portfolio website where he showcases his latest designs and hosts a professional blog on the topic of Web design, nonprofits and the public sector, including short articles on performance measurement and program evaluation.

In short, Will and Christine have a lot going on and it is their hope that you will join the Hullabaloo Circus and follow their adventures as they ride off into the future.
