We don’t need to dream of a white Christmas this year!

Last week the weather people in the area, including the National Weather Service warned of a big storm headed our way. We have heard this before and when they started predicting over a foot of snow I didn’t believe it. But sure enough Friday night about 11pm the snow started, by that morning when Ainsleigh and I came downstairs, we found a white blanket of snow covering our court. br class=”separator” style=”clear: both; text-align: center;””br /

br /By the time we were finished with the snow (it didn’t stop until after we went to bed on Saturday, so 24+ hours of straight snow), we had at least 22 inches. This blizzard set records for the Washington DC area and we wound up getting to stay home Monday and Tuesday from work and school. Will worked from home on Tuesday. br

Wow, with snow like that our little Ainsleigh needs an old fashioned snow suit. I certainly hope you don#39;t have any more of those storms this year. Keep the airports open so Bonnie can fly in on the 26th. Keep warm and dry.br /Thanks for the pictures.br /Love,br /Nana Jean
