Hello and welcome! We are so excited you are here.

This blog used to serve as a way to update our family about our adventures when we lived several thousand miles away. When we moved back to our hometown and had our youngest daughter we were kind of in survival mode and blogging took a backseat.

But…our lives haven’t taken a backseat and we know the power in sharing our stories and adventures, as well as the power behind community. So here it is…a fresh start, a chance to build a community around our adventures in parenthood. We all have stories to share, stories that can help each other find comfort, find answers, find support, and maybe even find humor in the world of parenthood.

In keeping this short and sweet, here is a bit about us and what you will find here.

We are a family of five, living in the Reno/Tahoe area. We love to do DIY projects around the house (we are ready for HGTV anytime they are ready for us). Two girls and one boy keep us busy with school, activities, and lots of doctors appointments for our son who is our own warrior (more about him in a future post).

Christine is a business owner and recently retired teacher, the flexibility of owning a business and working from home was exactly what our family needed after too many years of running ragged.

Will works from home where he is able to support nonprofits in their online presence and fundraising campaigns, as well as dabble in his own website work.

We are excited to share our adventures, our family, and our home. We thank you for jumping in and being a part of our adventure.
