A Moment at the Playground – With My First Pair of Chuck Taylor’s
pTaking a moment from writing my midterms (I had two this weekend for my two classes) and shopping for groceries for the coming week, Christine, Ainsleigh and I went to the playground in our neighborhood. The day was wonderful. So wonderful, in fact, that we almost broke a sweat due to a mild, very mild, feeling of humidity amidst the 70 degree weather we had this past weekend. The weather won’t stay nice for long, however, as it is predicted to hit 40 degrees for a high next weekend, both days. Also, everyone that I know on Facebook from Colorado to back home in Reno, NV are talking about snow and either trying to ride their bike in it or complaining that it isn’t right to see that snow is falling after such nice weather.
So, we decided to take a walk to the playground.

My favorite is the one beside the flowers – almost centered and Ainsleigh showing how happy she is to be out and about. Good photos Will. The crocus are beautiful. Our spring flowers have been blooming for a month, the trees also and the hills are emerald green from all the rain like green velvet. The vineyards are lovely with the wild mustard growing between the grape vines, like a sea of gold. A trip over to Sonoma last week was so lovely but discovered my camera was “dead”, hadn’t taken any pictures since you were here at Christmas. Oh well, guess I’ll have to take another trip over the hill.BR/Keep snapping pictures Will.BR/Hugs,BR/Nana
