Christine’s Birthday

First I want to thank everyone for the birthday calls and e-mails. I have such a wonderful family and amazing friends.

I also have a pretty awesome husband, he paid for the deductible on my car (I had a little incident about two weeks ago with a pole in a parking garage) and took me to dinner with some friends, and on top of that I got a pearl necklace (something I had really wanted for quite sometime).

We went to PF Changs for my dinner with 5 friends and ate such yummy food. I love PF Changs and he indulges me once a year with it, since its a little on the expensive side.

Anyway, I wanted to share the most recent picture, we took this tonight and I must say it makes my belly look pretty big. This is the only maternity dress I bought (since I don’t really dress up a whole lot for work) and I really think it makes me look bigger than I am, but o’well, I am trying to embrace the belly.

So that’s it folks, I am 27, I really cannot believe it, I don’t know why but as I inch towards 30 I can’t believe how fast life is going by. Don’t get me wrong I am incredibly lucky and love my life, but its amazing that this time last year I was planning our wedding and now we are planning for a new addition.

I have my monthly check up next week and the baby is moving a lot so I am pretty sure all is perfect with her. We move into the new place next weekend, so hopefully we can start working on the nursery next month. I am too much of a planner to leave it until the end.
