Super “Messy” Bowl Sunday

pIt’s February (emmy favorite month/em) and in honor of the beginning of the month, Ainsleigh decided its high time she starts feeding herself.

As you can see she took both her peas and her yogurt/oatmeal. I think a small amount actually made it into her mouth.

Anyway enjoy a little of our Super em”Messy”/em Bowl Sunday

P.S. the dogs had to go outside for this event otherwise they would have eaten more than the baby.

Hey Chris, don’t they believe in teethng biscuits anymore? That was a great “get to the mouth” teacher “tool”. I don’t think Toby and Tess would like the combo Ainsleigh was having. BR/Nana

Toby and Tess somehow like anything that hits the floor. We’ve never fed them from the table, but with Ainsleigh we have to have some new tactics really soon.

I actually make her teething biscuits and she loves them. They typically wind up on the floor but that’s why I make them, much cheaper to make a couple of dozen than to keep buying them at the store.

Wow, never heard of anyone doing that Chris. I’m so proud of you for making her food so she can be sure to have the proper things to eat- not just baby food from the grocery store.BR/Nana
