Getting Active

This week on top of starting school, Ainsleigh and I started Itsy Bitsy Yoga. We are doing it with a few girls I took prenatal yoga with. We had so much fun, the babies really seemed to like it. Ainsleigh did really well and even fell asleep at the end. The class starts out with 15-25 minutes of baby yoga, then the mommies do about 20 minutes of stretching and relaxation, our instructor is showing us some movements to get our bellies back in shape. The last 15 minutes or so, we learn how to do infant massage (this was the part where Ainsleigh fell asleep, she’s so much like her mommy!)

Ainsleigh seems to be enjoying day care, the provider takes care of a few girls (including her own daughter) who are in elementary school. The girls seem to be keeping Ainsleigh occupied, on Friday when I picked her up, the girls were putting on a show for Ainsleigh and she was just chillin’ in her swing watching them. /pNap time is not going so well at day care so the afternoons are a bit rough for her and I, but I think we will get a routine going soon enough.br /pLast night I went to Target and got Ainsleigh a jumparoo, she seems to really love it. Here is some video of the first time she was in it. (there are three seperate videos)

Her smile is so adorable!
She’s even starting to giggle
