Mother’s Day

Even though I am a doggy mom, this is really my last mother’s day as just a daughter. Next year I will be someone’s mommy. Wow that is so amazing!!! And if Ainsleigh arrives a few days early (which I am hoping) Will gets to celebrate his first father’s day this year as a daddy.

Today we spent the morning being lazy and around noon gave the dogs a very much needed bath, well shower really because our bathtub in the guest bath is having some leaking issues (that is a whole other post). They really love getting all clean and they spent the next 30 minutes running around and rolling around.

Then Will and I got ready and ran a few errands and my fantastic husband took me out for a mommy to be dinner. What a great guy I have!

It’s raining again (we have had a ton of rain so far this spring) and so we are going to veg the rest of the day.

My cousin Jenny arrives on Wednesday to start her internship on Capitol Hill for the summer. My mom will be here in a few weeks and I only have three more weeks of work, things are all happening rather quickly around here.

We have been getting a few fun gifts from friends and family, I love baby stuff its all so adorable. I will have to take pictures of some of the cute things and post them for you all.
