    Swimming lessons for babies have changed in 40-50 years. They use to have the parents sit on the edge of the pool and gently quot;throwquot; the baby in and then as the baby went below the water the instructor would lift them out. Most of the babies I saw would just kick their legs and move their arms like they quot;knewquot; how to swim.     Really Nana, oh my gosh I would never be able to do that. Ainsleigh does kick and act like she knows what she is doing but I can’t imagine putting her in the water with out a parent in with her.
